We take photographs and video at the festival. These images are likely to be used online, in print and on social media to promote future Wildlings events, and to support funding applications. Images may include adults and children attending the festival.
We rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis - promoting a small community festival so that it can continue to run. We balance this against your privacy, which is why we offer a clear way to opt out.
If you would prefer you or your children not to be photographed, please ask a volunteer at the entrance for a red wristband and keep it visible. Our photographer and videographer will do their best not to use images of anyone wearing one. We cannot guarantee this absolutely in wide or crowd shots, but we will do our very best to blur any faces with red wristbands.
Images are stored securely and kept for as long as they remain useful for promotion and funding. If you would like an image of you or your child removed after the festival, please email us and we will remove it from our own channels as soon as we reasonably can. Please note we may not be able to recall images already shared or published by others.
